Every project is manufactured in-house, giving us complete control over quality, accuracy, and delivery. This specialist coating minimises reflection and provides a clean, professional appearance, ensuring maximum visibility from a distance.
PROJECTS
The Bermondsey Project by Greystar
Our client approached us to produce and apply a series of large-scale logos, measuring up to 20 metres in length, onto safety screens to promote their company, the main contractor, and the development itself.
To achieve a consistent, high-quality finish, we utilised a spray-paint application process. Bespoke templates were manufactured to ensure accuracy and repeatability across all elements. The screens were carefully stacked in the exact sequence required for site installation, and printed ACM fixing templates were supplied to assist the installation team with precise positioning on site.
This thorough planning and preparation ensured the graphics aligned perfectly when installed, delivering maximum visual impact and a professional finish.

30 Marsh Wall, Canary Wharf – Slipform
After working with the client for over a year, we were awarded the opportunity to hand-paint the steel slipform panels for the project. The largest elevation measured 21m x 7m, with two additional elevations at 7m x 7m each. We also spray-painted all intermediate materials installed between the panels, ensuring the blue background flowed seamlessly around the entire building.
To streamline the installation process, all panels were carefully packed into the supplied stillages in the exact order required for installation, helping to ensure efficient handling and a smooth installation.

One Medlock Street, Manchester – Safety Screens
On this project, we were selected to hand-paint five contractor logos onto perforated safety screens. Each logo measured 5m x 5m, creating a striking visual presence on site. Once completed, the screens were transported to Manchester and installed for a major investor site meeting.
To showcase the finished work at its best, we used drone photography to capture impressive aerial images of the installation.

30 Marsh Wall, Canary Wharf Screens
Following the successful completion of the slipform project, we were awarded the contract to paint the safety screens for the development.
The scheme comprised of nine elevations in total, each standing 14 metres tall. Three elevations measured 7 metres wide, while the remaining six were 4.5 metres wide. Across the screens, we reproduced the site name along with the developer’s and contractor’s branding, creating a highly visible and cohesive visual identity for the project.
A total of six colours were used throughout the scheme, requiring careful planning and quality control to ensure consistency across all elevations. As with our previous projects, every panel was individually numbered and stacked in the exact order required for installation, enabling a smooth and efficient on-site fitting process while ensuring the graphics aligned perfectly when assembled.
